When I first saw the stamp set, Dragonfly Garden, I knew I wanted to create a silhouette technique card with it. Today, I put away all the Christmas supplies and got right to making this card. I’ve added a second dragonfly punched from vellum and then used Blends to color the back side of the piece.

Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing one of the quick and easy cards we made at the Stamp-a-Stack last Sunday. Golden Dragonfly

Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by! So many challenges this month asking for green. I've been thinking spring so I pulled out a pastel mint green and used a NBUS 3d embossing folder to get the background. Sponging with white ink makes the leaves stand out even more. I matted it with some gold foil and die cut this sweet dragonfly. I love all the detail on his wings and body.
