The ELF Matte Putty Primer is infused with kaolin and white charcoal to help absorb excess oil providing a shine-free finish while smoothing over imperfections for a poreless effect and providing grip for makeup.

After using this primer for a few weeks I decided to continue using it because of these 5 reasons

This primer is for those who like a hydrated, dewy finish rather than a matte finish. I've used it twice now, and really like how it literally holds on to the makeup. And yes, I have used the Milk Hydro Grip Primer. For a product that is more affordable, it definitely is a great dupe!
