I saw the best results when I got realllyyy good at the basics- form changes everything!  If you are going to do this leg day implement it for atleast 3 week!! Try to progressively overload and go up in weight or reps 🫶  The workout:  ▫️RDLS- 3x8-10 ▫️SL Hip-thrust- 3x12-15 ▫️Mini leg press- 2sets: Set 1 10-12 reps, set 2 8 reps (heavy) ▫️Abduction- (drop-set)x2 15 reps, drop weight 15 more ▫️Kickbacks 3x15  Save for later & give it a try! ❤️
