Glute bridges have gained a lot of popularity in the last couple years, and for good reason. They’re a great exercise for biasing glute max in the short position.  However, this is the mistake I’m seeing on them most commonly these days, in both my own clients and on social media.   ⚠️ Using too much *momentum*.
