What I’ve learned from running is that it’s not about speed. Fast doesn’t always mean strong. The real shift happened when I started to actually enjoy the slower runs. The ones where your mind calms down and your body just settles into the rhythm. Those miles have been the most rewarding, both mentally and physically.
