Serve these light, fluffy and delicious souffles at your next dinner party to impress!🍓✨ Ingredients (makes 2): - 250 g strawberries - 2 tbsp caster sugar - 1 tbsp water  - 10 g corn flour - 1 tsp vanilla paste - 2 egg whites Preheat the oven to 180C/160c fan/4 gas mark. Using a pastry brush, butter the ramekin sides (in and out movements) and coat with sugar; tapping out excess. This will help the soufflé rise in the oven. For the puree, add chopped strawberries, 1 tbsp caster sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook for 7-8 mins, until soft. Blend in a food processor until smooth with the corn flour.
