When to start exercise? That’s a tricky question. Everyone’s delivery and pregnancy is sooo very different, there’s no one size fits all approach. 

The 6 week “ok to exercise” is so generic. Some are ready and some aren’t. Either way easing back into exercise is the most important so that you don’t over do it and create havoc on your new body. 

That’s why I created the Return to Exercise Postnatal workouts to my on demand membership. Moms 6 weeks + can start right away with 20 minutes or less a day to get their bodies ready and prepared for the more intense workouts like HIIT & heavy lifting.
