Teaching kids about day and night

A sorting activity centred on activities that take place in the morning or at night (some could be both) to support the understanding of the question word ‘when’. This can be done in a small group or with individual children. The adult asks the children when the activities are done to support the understanding of the question word ‘when’ e.g., ‘when do you brush your teeth?’ The children will then look for the correct picture to match/stick onto the morning or night pictures.
