DIY Mason Jar Light Start to finish...

Make a Beaded Chandelier..dollar store crafts...this would go great in the gazebo..

Weekend Project: Colorful Ping Pong Ball Pendant light.

Test Tube Chandelier. this is simply beautiful.. a little time consuming but the result would be sooooooooo worth it!

Jelly Jar Lantern Turn an empty clear jelly jar glass into a quick-and-easy lantern. All it takes is a little copper wire. These lanterns also can be used as flower vases or utensil holders.

Dang, you can make a chandelier out of anything!

I've done this and it's really not hard but...you do need another set of hands to hold the light or ceiling fan up.. it's too heavy to hold and handle the wires too.

Recycling Candles. Apparently this works so well scentsy is upset about the post! great tut.. I'm posting it in case scentsy makes them take it down! If you have a scentsy warmer, melt down your old candles, pour them into ice cube trays, freeze for 20 minutes then pop them out and store them away in bags and use in your scentsy (or any other warmer). No wasted candles and in this economy, every little bit helps!

This does not work. Scentsy warmers are made to melt Scentsy wax at a low temp. The low temp of the warmer won't melt generic wax.

It does work. I've even melted tarts from yankee candle in mine. :) Plus, they sell generic tart warmer 'bricks' which are extremely similar to the Scentsy ones. Love how this has turned into the warmer/wax version of Mac vs PC, lol. (Just wish I could turn off notifications for this pin!)

Lynna Nix-thanks for GREAT idea! I have the cutest turtle candy molds...I've always done this for my Yankee tart warmers but never thought about using candy molds!!

  • Carly Ware

Oh-and others who suggested the candy molds, too! Didn't see all comments. Very excited about it! : ) @Jenna Bunch @Casie Bentley

It does too work. I have a scentsy warmer that was given to me, and I work at Pier 1 and have candles out the wazoo. I use them ALL the time and they melt just fine.

luminaries from water balloons. I love this color!!! www.candletech.co...

It's basically a black stick with a tapered shade. And now...14 bottles of Coke and some duct tape later...

Paper Lampshade. Fold up a beautiful paper lampshade and cast a soft glow of light to enhance any room. In this project a light fixture with an outdated lampshade was used as the base. The paper shade can also be set over a glass candle for a beautiful luminaria. Fold several paper shades in different sizes for a dramatic effect.

Beaded Chandelier Tutorial

How to make an oil lamp. This oil lamp is a little different since it’s filled half with water and half with olive oil (you can use other oils too). Great project for emergency lighting!

Spring Bloom Inspired Flower Lights.. these area so cute.. made from the bottom of soda bottles!!

Ambient light in 5 minutes flat! The jar lights I made created quite a bit of interest. The benefit of using LED lights over tealights is safety & if you’re having an outdoor party you don’t need to worry about weather as the light would of course be protected by the lid of the jar.

dish lamp tutorial.. tooo cute! Take note of her suggestion to use a ruffled bowl at the bottom to avoid drilling another hole! Her's is cuter.. this one is from anthropologie and cost way to much!
