Toddler approved green smoothie bowl! 1-2 frozen zucchini, 1-2 frozen banana, 1/2 avocado, juiced apple (or store bought apple juice for sweet taste), probiotic powder (open a capsule and add to blender), juiced greens: mint and kale (can also add peppermint oil) -OR- blend the greens before adding other ingredients.

Clean (Unsweetened) Grain-free Coconut Pancakes. ¼ cup coconut flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch sea salt, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, plus extra for frying the pancakes, 2 tablespoon smashed banana, 1 tablespoon chia gel, 3 large eggs, at room temperature, 1/3 cup coconut milk (from the can), 1/8 teaspoon almond extract and/or vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, Maple syrup for serving. visit www.innercurator.com for the instructions!
