Weekend Brunch Casserole OR Sausage & Egg Casserole Ingredients: 1lb sausage, 2 cups of cheddar or mozzarella cheese, 1 can crescent rolls, 5 eggs, milk, salt, pepper I couldn't find a picture with a regular 9 x 13 inch dish but that is what I bake mine in. We love this & the two of us make 2 & sometimes 3 meals out of this.
