The Melting Pot Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Fondue  (You will want to at least double this for a family.)  TIP:  Chop or shred the cheeses, then sprinkle a couple of TBS of flour on the cheese and toss well..Then, add to the broth... It makes the cheese melt into the broth, otherwise the cheese stays stringy and it gets totally ruined.  Helps thicken the whole thing up, too.
