Recipe: 1 cup oat milk; ⅔ cup gluten free rolled oats; ½ cup frozen strawberries; ½ cup frozen mango; 1 ripe banana; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tbsp maple syrup. *Optional add: 2 tbsp sunflower seeds.
