I would love a subscription to The Herb Quarterly but any herbalism books and magazines, used or new, would be appreciated.

The Weber One-Touch Gold kettle grill is perfect for anyone who wants a well-designed, no-nonsense grill that cooks up food deliciously. Perfect for backyard barbecues or just whipping up an evening meal, this impressive grill has a cooking surface big enough to accommodate six large steaks, twice as many burgers, or up to a dozen kebabs. And the One-Touch Gold's classic kettle shape radiates heat evenly and keeps charcoal flare-ups to a minimum.

My Weber Charcoal grill - still my first choice when it comes to barbecuing. No gas grill will ever get as hot. The absolute for best for steaks but I also use it in indirect mode for cooking whole chickens and leg of lamb.

No.1: Beaujolais is an okay wine No.2: The French don't go crazy for the "arrival" of Beaujolais. Most know that its a marketing ploy and they know that Beaujolais has okay wines. Not bad, but not great either. No.3: Georges Duboeuf has done a great job marketing Beaujolais-Villages. From memory, they were okay wines. And if its true that you can get a bottle of his for $6 or $8 than good. I wouldn't spend more than 5 euros for a Beaujolais, myself.
