So going to try this! Treadmill, set incline to 2 Challenging runners workout--said it will flatten your belly, slim your thighs, and firm your butt in 2 weeks--without a single sit-up or squat--there is a link to a beginners runners workout too.

1 (3 lb) beef chuck roast, 1 pkg onion soup mix, 1 tsp Thyme, 2 cans Coca Cola, 1/4 cup flour.   Season roast with salt & pepper.  Add everything to crockpot , but flour. Cover & cook on low 7 hrs. 1 hour before roast is done, cube potatoes, add to crockpot.  When roast & potatoes are fork tender, remove & let roast stand. Pour drippings in a skillet. Add enough water to flour to dissolve it, whisk well. Add to skillet & whisk until mixture thickens. Lower heat for 15 min. Add meat to gravy.
