Booty Circles Start on all fours; place a weight behind left calf, squeezing it tightly. Lift leg behind you and make wide clockwise circles with knee (as shown). Do 20 reps; switch directions and continue. Repeat on opposite side.
This is a perfect way to get into running if (like me) you start out not being able to run more than a minute or two before getting winded. THAT IS OKAY!!! Nobody is born a crazy runner and everyone starts the same way :)
