Another view of the extended length Brookfield 50 layout. It is about 60 feet of Tomy AFX track.
My nephew Josh and I recently tried this layout. This is a slight modification of the Brookfield 50 layout found in hoslotcarracing.com where we added about 10 feet of 15" straight tracks to increase the length of the straightaways. It sped up the track a bit.
An uncropped picture of the Tomy slot car track layout that my nephew Josh and I put together at his home during my vacation. This layout was designed by my son Brendan back in 1999 using the design software Tracker 2000. He was 14 at the time.

This slot car layout is called Bayside 55 and was found at http://www.hoslotcarracing.com/Layouts.html to give them the credit. This is one of my favorites so far that I have tested.
A 2-lane Tomy slot car layout used to test my loops tracks. My older AFX cars could not handle the loops.
A 2-lane Tomy slot car layout my nephew and I put together on his livingroom carpet. You normally want to be careful racing on carpet because the carpet fuzz can get into the motors but for short periods of time it is ok. This layout was designed by my son Brendan using Tracker 2000 software in 1999.

A pretty fun 55 foot 4-lane slot car layout I have on my basement floor for now until I decide on my permanent layout and build a table. Called Bayside 55 from hoslotcarracing.com. Uses Tomy HO track.
Testing my Tomy AFX Giant slot car race set on the basement floor. With this set and the Tomy Super International Race Set you will have enough track to build the 4 Way Challenge.
This is one of the four-lane slot car layouts I tested out on my basement floor. This is the 4way Challenge layout found at http://hoslotcarracing.com. Lots of nice turns plus a pretty long straight. Uses Tomy track.
