Roasted Potato Salad-Whole Hog Cafe copycat recipe Recipe (from newspaper):   3.5 lbs red potatoes, baked 1 hr til done  Cool, then slice. In separate bowl,   1.5 cup mayo, 1.5 cup sour cream, 1 cup chopped, cooked bacon, 1 tbls garlic powder, 1 tbls dried parsley, 1/3 c fresh chives chopped, 1 tbls ranch seasoning,1 tbls. Sugar, 1/2 cup chopped green onion, lots of salt n pepper, splash vinegar. Mix with potatoes, overnight in fridge.
