S’mores Brownie PieJust so you know....I'm bustin' the butt here today getting some yummy food ready for your 4th of July party Saturday. I can't wait. Maddie and McKenna are going to have some fun with some festive dessert that we will make Friday night. Can't wait.
My favorite new recipe!! Oven-baked chicken fajitas. Everything (recipe included) is put into a 9x13 baking dish and baked at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve in warmed tortillas....
Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips: This is INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommended for a brunch, baby shower, wedding shower....pretty much any occasion! :) Last time I added fresh blueberries for a little more color. SO good!!!
These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!
