Homemade Ice Pack: A Natural Flexible and Reusable Solution

I tell all my patients this at physical therapy! Homemade Ice packs: 1 part rubbing alcohol to 3 parts water, gets really cold, but never hardens so you can manipulate it. every athlete (or mom) should pin this!

pin 1

I'm pinning it because it really DOES work. Like gangbusters. Eucalyptus oil on the bottom of the feet (and I put a few drops on the pillow, for good measure), and coughs are GONE. My hacking, waking-up-every-half-hour-asthmatic baby girl is currently sound asleep, thanks to this. Do it.

I'm going to be trying this product out to check out the results for myself. I have heard and seen great results from my friends!
