Baked Apple "Pie" 4 Granny Smith apples 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 c sugar 1 tbs brown sugar Premade pie crust Cut off the tops of apples. Remove the insides, discard seeds. Chop the insides and mix in cinnamon and sugars. Scoop mixture into apples. Slice pie crust in 1/2" strips and cover the apple tops. Bake apples, covered, in a pan lined with water for 20 mins @ 375. Remove foil, bake for additional 20 mins.

5 x 50 workout. I got a little bored doing the same thing 250 times. So the first time through I did it the way it says. Then the second I did pulsing plies, butt kicks, oblique twists, and held plank for 50 seconds and did reverse crunches. Then alternated which "track" I did to complete the 5 times through.

Hamstring Curl w/ Leg Lift: What To Do: Three sets of 10 reps on each leg. Set Up: Lie faceup on the floor with your arms at your sides, heels on top of a stability ball. Lift your hips from the floor and raise one foot from the ball, pointing your toes to the ceiling, [A] then bend your opposite knee to draw the ball in toward you [B]. Action: Slowly lower your raised leg until it is an inch or two from the surface of the ball [C]. Raise your leg back up and repeat. When your set is through, repeat with your other leg.
