This Balanced Bowl with avocado sauce is so delicious, healthy and filling. We love making bowls because you can mix them up and add whatever vegetable you have on hand, or swap brown rice for quinoa. They also work great as a packed lunch!
Rose Water and Almond Madeleines - Instead of using 2 teaspoons of rosewater, I used 1 because I was afraid the flavor would be overpowering. I had never used rosewater in anything before. However, these tasted lovely and the rose flavor so faint that I might just use the 2 teaspoons next time. The almond and rosewater tasted very nice together. I will make this again.
