I love this idea! It's made out of 2 x 4s. Not only is it way more affordable than buying but it can be sized to fit your space. I saw something similar in the Pottery Barn catalogue for thousands of dollars.

saving your $5 bills throughout the year, i like this idea :) the five-dollar savings plan. It goes like this: Every time you find yourself with a five-dollar bill in your possession, you set it aside instead of spending it. At the end of the year, you use the money you've saved for either a big purchase or to do something you wouldn't normally spend the money to do. Love this. I'm doing this 2013

Good old Martha taught us that rather than buying those ridiculously expensive anti-slip mats for a rug, just turn it over and run a few lines of acrylic-latex caulk every 6 inches or so. Let dry and flip over and your rug wont be going anywhere! help-home
