The National Reader's Choice Award winning third novel of my Mythos Legacy series is available at http://jamigold.com/id. Check out Kira, my motorcycle-riding faerie princess, and Zac, a blacksmith who works with the iron that's deadly to her. Oops. ;)

Quote from Kira of Ironclad Devotion: "I am pretty scary looking." After a leisurely visual tour of her body, his sparkling eyes met hers. "Positively frightful."

This picture was the inspiration for the hair, smile, and dimple(!) for Zac, the hero of Ironclad Devotion. (Seriously, just look at that dimple. ;) ) http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/ (Tulio De Melo)

Zac, the hero of Ironclad Devotion, describes the tattoo-like marking on Kira's palms (the nexus of her magic) as looking like a mandala design of a flower-like circle of flames. This might be close. :) http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/

As a fire faerie, Kira of Ironclad Devotion can make her hair any color she wants. Going with her slightly goth style (black leather motorcycle gear and "tattoo" lines), she usually goes for the bright or dark colors rather than the pastels. She'd use these colors. :) http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/

This is another hair color/style Kira of Ironclad Devotion would love. :) http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/

This style is close to the design of the tattoo-like magical power lines over Kira's body in Ironclad Devotion http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/

In Ironclad Devotion, Zac's grandparents are in the Navajo Nation, the biggest Native American reservation in the U.S. (They live south of Kayenta.) Flagstaff, another setting in the story, is in the lower left of this map. (Cave Creek, Zac's hometown, is off the map in the center of Arizona.) http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/

Cave Creek Regional Park

The house for Zac, the hero of Ironclad Devotion, backs up to Cave Creek Regional Park in Arizona. This park is a setting for one of the scenes in the book. Note the wild desert of this park, with saguaro cacti and in the bottom right, the dangerous cholla "jumping" cacti. http://jamigold.com/ironclad-devotion/
