Baked Zucchini. Made this today: April 2013. Super easy, smelled great, yummy and healthy. Instead of butter I used olive oil.
Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine *wedding workout

Earn Your Shower. This is honestly how I have adapted to thinking. Why take a shower in the middle of the day when you can get sweaty working out and then take your shower? As long as you have the time, it's worth it.
