    Hang your draperies high! It makes your ceilings look higher. & don't forget to have them stack back past the windows for more light. You paid for those windows- let them shine!

    A lambrequin varies from a cornice in that it comes down on the sides. Not used much now, but can make an interesting look in the right place.
