~T~ A great way to preserve fresh herbs to use all year long. Freeze them in olive oil in an ice cube tray. Use in dishes that you would use olive oil in like soups, stews, roasts and potato dishes. Just cook your onions and garlic in the herb-infused oil. Works best with rosemary, sage, thyme and oregano. Some great info and ideas.
