Low Carb Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza Bites
Looking for something low carb and tasty? These pizza bites were a hit even with the non low carb family members. Start with cutting up pepperoni into quarters and separate. In a large bowl, add 2 eggs to 1 lb of ground Italian sausage, a cup of almond flour, 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and what is supposed to be ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese but my kids ate it all, some butter and baking powder. ⚡ Video Credit : kate_higdon

Carnivore Skillet Pizza made by @kate_higdon - comment 🍕 if you are living LOW CARB Start with adding shredded mozzarella cheese with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 3 eggs and Italian seasoning (if you are strict carnivore you can leave off the seasoning). Mix together well and pour into a cast iron skillet that has been buttered. Bake this at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Once done, spread some cooked sausage on top along with pepperoni slices, more mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Place under Broil for 3-4 minutes. So good, my whole family liked it. Ingredients 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ¾ cup softened cream cheese ½ cup green yogurt 3 eggs 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional) Toppings: ground sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese .
