Dont waste that morning coffee!! Put left over coffee in fridge to chill and make sure you have some frozen bananas in the freezer.  In my Vitamix I take a cup of coffee, 1 banana,  tablespoon 100% cocoa powder and about 8 ice cubes- blend and enjoy!  1/2 cup of frozen blueberries is good added in.
