I've gotten into the habit of drinking tea everyday - favorites are Stash Licorice Spice Tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel Truffle and Earl Grey. I started a "tea time" at work and now they call me, The Mad hatter! LOL!
Turn inexpensive pound cake into petit fours - cut the crust off a pound cake, then slice the cake into one-inch squares - place them on a cooling rack with parchment paper underneath - pour icing over the squares and let set for an hour.
