Stuffed Cheesy Italian Bread - like cheesy garlic bread on crack! 1 Italian loaf about 12 inches long, 1 stick butter, melted, 1/8 cup olive oil, 3 tsp minced onion, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp poppy seeds, 3 tsp chopped parsley (add more if you wish), 12 oz grated cheese (I used a mix of white cheddar and monterey jack.)
Made this using french bread and no poppy seeds or mustard. Big picture, it was amazing garlic cheese bread and we LOVED it! Stuffed Cheesy Bread on Crack, awesome to put out to keep everyone happy while the turkey is cooking!

Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps Chicken Cashew Lettuce Wraps Makes 6-8 lettuce wraps. Ingredients For stir fry sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon sesame oil For Cashew Chicken: 2 chicken breasts (about 3/4 lb. total), diced 8 leaves of greenleaf or iceburg lettuce 3 tablespoons canola oil (or oil of choice) 1 cup onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/4 cup cashews, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Instructions For stir fry sauce: Mix all ingredients making sure to dissolve brown sugar. Set aside. For Cashew Chicken: Heat canola oil in pan over medium to medium high heat. Add diced chicken and brown (about 4-5 minutes). Remove chicken from oil. Add onions, garlic and 1 teaspoon soy sauce to pan; brown. When onions and garlic are brown and tender, add stir fry sauce, browned chicken, and cashews. Saute mixture for a few minutes and remove from heat. Spoon chicken mixture into individual lettuce leaves. Add your favorite hot sauce, more cashews or basil.

Homemade PF Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Serves 4 INGREDIENTS: 2 tsp canola oil 8 oz white mushrooms, chopped 1 lb lean ground chicken 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced 1 cup green onions, sliced 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped 8 large lettuce leaves 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 3/4 tsp lower-sodium soy sauce 1/2 tsp honey crushed red pepper flakes, to taste DIRECTIONS: Heat canola oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Place mushrooms in a large bowl, set aside. Add chicken, garlic and ginger to skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is brown, breaking the meat up as it cooks. Combine the chicken mixture with the bowl of mushrooms; add green onions and water chestnuts; toss together. Combine sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, lower-sodium soy sauce, honey and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl; whisk to mix well. Divide chicken mixture evenly between each lettuce leaf and top with sesame oil mixture. Optional: Garnish with fun, bright extras, like the red peppers and scallions seen above.
