Orzo with Parmesan and Basil. A really tasty, and quick, pasta side dish. Verdict: Yummy! We didn't have fresh basil, so it wasn't AS good as it could be, but still a great side dish with Italian seasoned chicken breast. Not sure if you really need 3 tbs of butter, I used a bit less of Smart Balance instead. Will make again, hopefully with fresh basil though.
