HAVE done with Syd & John

These are the projects I've Pinned, then tried out with the kids, and my thoughts about them.

Balloon Ping Pong - (Oct 5) I'd already blown up balloons for the kids and they were tired of batting them around with their hands, so I made paddles with paper plates and taped on plastic handles. They had fun playing "tennis" for about 10 minutes then abandoned the game - not so much from boredom, but more because Sydney was bossing John around and he didn't like it anymore. I have a feeling they'll come back to this over and over throughout school holidays.

Blow Paint Monsters - John saw this idea on Mr Maker so we tried them this week. They were so much fun - I was getting into it as well. We used liquid watercolor as it spread more easily. We'll do them again this weekend so Sydney can join in.
