Carousel Horses and Other Animals

Allow me to introduce the most beautiful Carousel Horses and Animals on the Internet. I think that I had the most fun putting together this board. It brought back a lot of nostalgia. There was an old carousel at "The House of David" in Benton Harbour, Michigan in the 40's and 50's. I believe back then one could ride the carousel for a nickel or a dime, and the music was just wonderful. I hope that you enjoy this page.

Spokane Antique 1909 Looff Carrousel "Prince is the lead horse (or king horse) on the carousel. The lead horse is always the outside horse in row 13! He has had his name as far back in the history of our carousel as anyone can remember. It's not known who gave him his name, but it's a fitting name for an armored, medieval prince of a horse!"
