Avocado Eggrolls like Cheesecake Factory Creamy Cilantro Ranch Dip in a Mason Jar Ingredients 1/2 cup Mayo 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic (or 1 tsp minced garlic) juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 green onion 1/2 of a jalapeno 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp Ranch Mix Instructions 1. Place all ingredients into a regular mouthed mason jar. 2. Attach the rubber ring and blades of your blender to the top of the mason jar. Screw on tightly. Blend until smooth. 3. Lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge. 4. Enjoy! Avocado Egg Rolls with Creamy Cilantro Ranch Dip Avocado Egg Rolls Print Yield: makes 8 eggrolls Ingredients 3 large ripe Avocados, sliced 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil. chopped 1/2 tsp salt Egg roll wrappers water (for sealing edges of eggrolls) oil (for frying) Instructions 1. Heat 2-3 inches of oil until 350 degrees F in a heavy bottomed pot or a deep fryer. 2. Place sliced avocado, cilantro, and salt in a bowl and gently stir to combine. 3. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface, angled towards you like a diamond. 4. Put a few slices of avocado in the center of the wrapper, and top with a couple pieces of sun dried tomatoes. 5. Using your finger dab a little water along the outer edges of the wrapper all the way around (to help seal the egg roll shut). 6. Roll up the eggroll by folding up the bottom corner halfway to cover the avocado mixture. Fold the right and left sides of the wrapper towards the center, creating what looks like an open envelope. Roll the base of the envelope (folded portions) towards the remaining corner. Make sure all edges are sealed shut. 7. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers until the avocado mixture is gone. 8. Place the egg rolls one or two at a time in the hot oil, and cook until they are golden brown (approximately 2-3 minutes). 9. Remove from oil to paper towels to drain. 10. Cut at an angle and enjoy!

Spinach Artichoke Bites What you'll need: 8 oz. package softened cream cheese 1/4 cup mayo 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent roll dough shredded mozzarella Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F and spray your two mini muffin tins with cooking spray OR rub it down lightly with oil. Drain and dry your spinach. You can do this by allowing it to thaw in a colander then wringing it dry with paper towels or in a regular towel. Once you've done that, mix the cream cheese, mayo, cheese, garlic, artichoke hearts, and spinach in a bowl. Take your crescent dough and roll it out. Working with half of it, pinch the 4 triangles together to make one cohesive piece of dough then slice into 12 square pieces of dough. Take your dough and press it into the tins. Using a teaspoon, add some of the mixture you mixed earlier into each cup. If there's any left over, distribute it evenly or however you would like. Top each cup with mozzarella cheese. Put into the oven for 12 minutes.

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano and jalapenos in a bowl and pour into a baking dish. 2. Slow Cooker Ribs. absolutely incredibly fantastically amazing. Use 3 lbs for her 1/2 recipe or 6 lbs for the full. Be generous with seasonings. Use sweet paprika if you can, really makes the difference. Really rub and work it into the meat. No need to remove the membrane if you follow directions at the end no broil bone side up first. We mix a spicy and a sweet BBQ sauce to make the perfect sauce combination. It takes A LOT longer to reduce the sauce than she indicates, so start reducing immediately!! Use extra meaty baby back ribs. I only cook for 6.5 hrs in my crockpot cuz these are just so tender!

Crock Pot Ribs! These are really good alternative when a grill is not available. Fall off the bone. I cooked on low for 8 hours, instead of dumping the bbq sauce in the crock pot over the ribs, I brushed to bbq sauce on before cooking, and added 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the crockpot. I would also use a crock pot liner when cooking these.
BBQ Ribs in the crockpot I'll be trying a different rib recipe. While the meat was good it was a bit dry and we had to put BBQ sauce on afterward. No flavor from the rub and cup of sauce.

Meat and potatoes for my meat and potatoes guy. Super easy to make and tasty. The picture doesn't really do it justice. Put if you need a fast and easy recipe to make for the family, here it is. "One-Pan Potatoes and Chicken" 2 tablespoons veggie oil (I use olive oil) 8 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but into thin strips. 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips Garlic salt and pepper to taste (I also add a bit of garlic.) Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and bell pepper. I cook for a few minutes, and then add the chicken. Otherwise I find that my potatoes don't get tender, and I'm cooking the chicken longer. Sprinkle with your garlic salt and pepper. (I season my chicken before I put in in the pan.) Cook 15 - 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are tender. 4 servings.
