These were surprisingly delicious. My toddlers loved them (with a little syrup of course) and my 1 year old devoured them (no syrup required). With the syrup, tastes a lot like regular pancakes. Definitely a nice healthy breakfast option.
Carrot fries (taste just like sweet potato fries)! When making carrot slices I worried they were too thin, but they ended up being perfect. Go easy on olive oil. Put a little oil in plastic zip lock and move til all sticks are covered.
