Deep South Dish: Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chicken _ Chicken thighs, simply seasoned & slow cooked with a mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar & soy sauce, that is thickened & brushed on as a finishing glaze!
This was my favorite slow cooker taco soup I found. I Substituted Rotel with a can of tomato soup and chopped up a green pepper. Added 2 cans of water. The ranch dressing really does make the difference!
Baked Ravioli... seems a heck of a lot easier than traditional lasagna! *UPDATE*: We had this for dinner tonight, and it was pretty good! I just greased a 9x13 pan, poured a layer of tomato sauce (~1/3 jar), then placed the FROZEN ravioli in one flat layer, then spooned more sauce (~1/3 jar) to cover them. Sprinkled with about 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and covered with foil. Baked for about 30 minutes @ 375º (I would recommend closer to 45 min). Yummy!
