How to Make a Homemade Starbucks Hazelnut Frap. Karen Rea Pohl's recipe for 2 Grandes to blender, add 6 ozs espresso, 4 ozs 1% milk, 2 ozs heavy whipping cream, 2 T hazelnut syrup, 2 T real maple syrup, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (thickener-this is in Starbucks frap base), 3-1/2 C crushed ice.
