Honey and cinnamon cleanse every morning, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast, and again at night before sleeping. Drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 1 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey in a cup of boiled water.

Toss chopped peppers, potatoes, zucchini, red onion and sausage (I used turkey kilbasa) with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Seal in an aluminum foil pouch and bake at 400 for 40ish minutes. You can also grill this. We ate it for dinner last night and it was really good. Super easy to prepare and cleanup! Will make again!
