I just need the crock pot :) Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin - uses 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbls. soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tbls. cornstarch, 1 tsp.ground sage, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Slow-cooks on low for 6 to 8 hours, and 1 hour before done, glaze is applied.

Roasted green beans with olive oil and fresh parmesan. My Review: served these with sausage and potato casserole and they were wonderful! Because I was baking a casserole at 350 degrees, did not cook at 425 for 15 min, but rather, cooked for 30 mins at 350. Turned out perfect!

Roasted Parmesan Green Beans 12 oz green beans, trimmed (make sure they are dry) 2 tsp olive oil kosher salt + fresh pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 T shredded parmesan Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum for easy clean-up. Lay green beans out on the baking sheet and drizzle oil over them. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and toss to evenly coat. Roast, shaking occasionally for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with parmesan. We roast green beans with garlic all the time - I'm shocked by what a difference the parmesan makes!

Add 1 Tbl. flour and cook 1 minute. Add 1 1/4 c. dry white white...boil until reduced and sauce is thickening. Sprinkle cajun seasoning and black pepper. Add 1/2 c. 2% milk, reduce until thickened. Add pasta, 2 Tbl grated parmesan cheese & shrimp to sauce. Sprinkle w/ dried parsley & stir to coat. Yummy!

Mexican Rice 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 2 cups chicken broth 1 Tablespoon butter 1/2 cup salsa 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin Directions: Combine all ingredients into a medium, non-stick skillet. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let rice stand with lid on for 10 minutes. Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork. Serve!
