Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes.
These are delicious! I substituted half a cup of coconut oil for one stick of butter (half a cup). Also, I added the peanut butter and chocolate chips directly to the oatmeal mixture. Voila! Done in a jiffy - and tasty, too!
Confetti Cookies... delicious sugar cookies rolled in sprinkles. These were a huge hit. The vanilla pudding cookie was very tasty and rolling them in sprinkles was a huge hit with the kids. Perfect, simple cookie.
