Another exercise to have a great start into the week: ROTATING 01 Bounce while turning your whole body 90˚ to the left. Do this twice and then twice to the right, ending where you started. 02 Now do the same in the opposite direction. 03 Intensify the exercise by making a 180˚ turn to the left and back again to the right. 04 Repeat the exercise several times. 05 Finish by returning to normal bouncing.
