Eggplant pizzas. My Leila would love these. Preheat oven to Cut eggplant to thick, spread oil, salt and pepper. Bake eggplant 5 minutes on each side. Cover with tomato sauce, mozarella, bake until cheese is browned. Used 4 oz. mozz. for 1 bigger eggplant.
Snack time. Just apples, melted peanut butter and chocolate chips.- Def. melt the peanut butter before putting it on the apples. I melted the chocolate chips as well, works as a nice little apple dip. honestly eating apples, peanut butter and chocolate chips that aren't melted is tasty!
