You know what the problem is with being a beluga whale? Your fins make it really hard to select songs on your iPod. Maybe that’s why this whale seems so psyched about the mariachi band that showed up at the Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut to perform for a wedding. While the big guy doesn’t dance, he does hang out by the band and nod his head to the music. Isn’t that just like a hipster whale? Check it out below:

(Not makin statement about aquariums with this) The five bamboo sharks at the National Sea Life Centre were hand fed as it was feared a shoal of greedy box fish in their tank were eating all the food. Now the fish have been moved, the sharks still want their daily ration of tiny shrimps "hand delivered". Ms Thompson said staff cup the food in their hands and the baby sharks "vacuum it up". "They could give a little bit of a nip but they're quite gentle, it just tickles really."

Five baby bamboo sharks at an aquarium will only consume food hand-fed by aquarium staff.

Eli has adopted the same feeding routine since 2002 at Tiger Beach, in the Bahamas to tame the 16ft killers, second only to great whites when it comes attacking humans. He added: “They are calm unless threatened. And they have feelings. They’re not mindless monsters.”
