A pinner says: Stopped buying the jar stuff once I tasted this homemade salsa. Simple and delicious: Chop 5-6 Roma tomatoes,1 small onion and 1/2 cup fresh Cilantro. Mince 2 seeded Serrano or Jalapeño peppers and 1 clove of garlic. Add 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and peper to taste. Mix everything together and let sit overnight for flavors to meld.

Hot Bean Dip (aka Texas Trash) 1 pkg cream cheese, softened 2 cans refried beans 1 C sour cream 1 pkg taco seasoning 2 C shredded cheddar cheese 2 C shredded mexican blend cheese with jalapenos Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning. Deviled Egg Dip - Shell boiled eggs and halve them lengthwise. Coarsely chop half the egg whites and transfer them to a large bowl. Add the remaining white and all of the yolks to a food processor along with the mayo and mustard. Process until smooth. Scrape the mixture into a bowl and blend with the chopped egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
