Resistance Band Side-Lying Hip Flexor Stretch Wrap a resistance band over your left shoe. Grab the other end of the band with both hands. Roll onto your side; the band should be behind your head. Keep your left knee flexed and keep your right leg on the floor. Hold this position for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Do 1 to 2 sets on each side.
