When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.
Become what you respect. You are the only one that owns you...you are responsible for your life. No matter what happens to you, or how long it takes to clear it from your life and start over, that's exactly what you have to do sometimes.
