[Mini] Gluten-free Zucchini-Nut Bread Made this today. SO good! I added raisins to mine and made sure the nuts were chopped fine so the kids wouldn't see them;). I also made the batter into muffins and got two dozen muffins (I used Jules flour). Cooked for 20 minutes. My kids ate them up!
Raw almond butter cups. Made these yesterday and froze over night. AMAZING! The hardest thing is not to eat the whole thing. I used a loaf pan and cut it into twelve pieces because I didn't have a mini muffin pan.
