Breakfast Cookie -- No flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super rippened bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins, cinnamon to taste. Throw everything together, mix well, and throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes!
Key Lime Pie Balls. YUM! Next time I'll use 2 limes and 1 lemon. Or maybe just add extra lime juice. Also I learned it would be better to bake the cookies in a larger pan so it's a little thinner and bakes more evenly
Root beer sherbet made with sweentened condensed milk and cream! 3.25.12 Made this - it is ok. I doubled the recipe. It tastes a little "thin", but I am used to my super duper home made ice cream recipe that will knock your socks off, but for a quick treat this would do.
