Millet, Oat and Apple Muffins. This is the first GF muffin recipe I've ever tried. They turned out great! I used 2 tsp Chinese sesame sauce instead of tahini and I just used more millet flour instead of Quinoa flour. FYI, Muscovado sugar is the same as Chinese 红糖.

    Update: this batch made 32 rolls. After I let them rise, I frozen half of them on a cookie sheet. Take them from the freezer and place directly in 375F oven for 15-20 min. tastes like they were never frozen.

DIY Pita Bread - I made this once and it turned out very well. Just be sure that you flour the surface you let them rise on and carefully transfer them into the oven. If you are too rough they won't puff.

this site has some great MSG free salad dressing recipes. So far, I've tried ranch and lemon poppy seed and liked them both.
